INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Butter
1/3 cup of almond meal
1 Tbsp coconut flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ Tbsp Natvia (baking)
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp sour cream
1 egg
Additions – ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 Tbsp chopped hazelnuts
DIRECTIONS
Melt the butter in a mug
Add the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 100 - 120seconds
Add cream, sugar free maple syrup, sugar free chocolate sauce etc
